Unlike other systems, there’s no complicated destination entry process. We’re available any time of the day or night, any time of the year.

• Just tell Smartnav the address, the postcode, the business name or the place of interest and Smartnav get you there.
• Smartnav are always there when you need help, even if you break down. They can direct your roadside assistance provider straight to wherever you are.
  

*Countries covered are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Please note European Navigation does NOT include traffic information so please allow plenty of time for your journey in case of any hold-ups. Activation of this service is subject to a set-up delay of 48 working hours - please bear this in mind when planning your journey.

Subscription Charges:

Separate tariffs including Pay As You Go and for high usage customers are available on request.

* Monthly subscriptions must be paid for by Direct Debit for a minimum of 12 months.

** Includes a maximum of 150 PA requested routes per annum with unlimited requests via means other than the Call Centre (including Double Button Press, Postcode and Touchscreen Favourites requests from the Touchscreen).

*** European Navigation operates in: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Switzerland.

European Navigation Option availability is subject to ownership of a compatible Smartnav unit.

European Navigation Option is subject to a maximum of 120 PA requested routes per year.

European Navigation Option cannot be subscribed to without a valid UK Navigation subscription.

Pay As You Go is not classified as a valid UK subscription for European Navigation Option.
