CobraTrak First is a simple entry-level stolen vehicle recovery system, but still offers Europe-wide coverage and an alert service when unauthorised movement of the vehicle is detected. The hardware is based on the Thatcham CAT6 listed Cobra SCD15 series. Auto Tec recommend this product, as it uses state of the art high sensitivity GPS receiver with indoor supersense technology along with GSM jamming detection tracking. Cobra also has a dedicated control room and are one of the only systems to cover Europe. The Cobra can also be transfered from vehicle to vehicle. It is the only approved pan European supplier to Audi, Bently, Ferrari, Infiniti, Lamborghini, Maserati, Nissan, Porsche, Renault and Volkswagen. On discovery of vehicle theft (or verification of vehicle theft after an alert for unauthorised vehicle movement) the owner must report the theft to the police and obtain a crime reference number, and then contact the Cobra 24 hour control to activate the stolen vehicle tracking procedure. This basic procedure applies for all systems offering stolen vehicle tracking. Quality stolen vehicle recovery system from the leaders in vehicle security
