Delivery Information

Orders received to us before 12:00 hrs will normally be despatched the same day (or next working day). We will deliver your order to any mainland UK address. We use a national distribution company and in most cases, you will receive your goods on the next working day, following despatch. We will require an authorised signature when delivering goods to you. Delivery charge from £6.99 per order, on orders less than £70. See below for more details.

The delivery address must match the billing address on your first order. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that a signature can be obtained on delivery.
Goods for all zones are packed and shipped within 72 hours of the order. Zone 1 deliveries are sent on a next day courier service, and Zone 2 deliveries take 2-4 working days. We do not deliver to zones 3&4 due to courier costs.

Returns and exchanges

If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note or invoice (as proof of purchase).

We are able to offer an exchange or refund on parts that are returned to us safely, in the original packaging, and that are pre-agreed with Auto Tec. No refunds are possible on any delivery charges or labour. Certain parts may be ordered in, and maybe car specific, these may be subject to a surcharge if returned. Any parts for refund need to be returned to us within 7 days from the date they were delivered. If a car kit has been installed, then no labour fees can be refunded. This may include the installation and de-installation of any parts.

You have 7 days for a refund. This refund will only be legible if the item is sent back to us in the condition that we sold it to you. Any item which looks like it has been tampered with may not receive a full refund. Special order items will result in a minimum 50% re-stocking charge, any deposits taken on special order items will only be refunded within 48 hours of the order being placed. To receive a refund you must first call us on 01789 224214 and obtain an authorisation code. Your authorisation code must be clearly marked on the outside of the items packaging – without this, your refund/replacement will be declined.

When returning goods, if no fault is found we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods if they are not taken back to Auto Tec.

We will endeavour to process returns within 14 working days of receipt.

Please package your item(s) securely, returning it in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned.

Items returned without proof of purchase may only be exchanged at the discretion of Auto Tec.

Where mentioned our term? call out fee/service call/cancellation fee? relates to a charge of £65 + VAT, which at all times is automatically billed to your existing payment method.

By purchasing from Auto Tec you automatically agreed to our terms and conditions, and these apply for all instances.
